Ashwaty joined the BIS Abu Dhabi family in Year 3, in the 3C Penguin class and after 10 years at the school she has now graduated with a score of 44 points out of 45 in the IB Diploma Programme. This is an outstanding achievement placing her in the top 2% of IB Diploma candidates worldwide.

Hagir joined the BIS Abu Dhabi family in Year 7 and after completing her secondary education at the school, has now graduated with the maximum of 45 points in the IB Diploma Programme. This amazing achievement has not only placed her top in this year’s diploma candidates at the school, but also in the top 1% of IB Diploma candidates worldwide. A fantastic and well-deserved accomplishment.

Students, parents, teachers, and the wider school community at BIS Abu Dhabi are celebrating thanks to our students achieving record-breaking results in this year’s International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) examinations.

Congratulations to BIS Abu Dhabi students who came in 3rd place in the Technical Award of the 2021 Unified Robotics Competition.

In May BIS Abu Dhabi Year 12 students sat the Ministry of Education examinations in both Islamic and Arabic and their results were outstanding.

On Tuesday, 15th June, Year 12 student Jieun presented a talk on Global Campus about the initiatives she is running in and out of school around Quality Education. Her talk was part of Peer Talks, an initiative to showcase the incredible initiatives Nord Anglia students are up to.

The Pre-IB week is an opportunity for students in Year 11 to experience a taste of the IB Diploma Programme in preparation for their move from Year 11 into Post-16 Education

Year 6 students completed their first official day in Secondary School when they took part in their class progression day.

BIS Abu Dhabi students have had the chance to experience exceptional learning opportunities offered by Nord Anglia’s partnership with the world-renowned Juilliard School of Performing Arts.

Year 13 students have produced some wonderful work during their IB Visual Arts course over the past two years.

The Global Campus platform offers learning opportunities that empower, excite, inspire and challenge Nord Anglia Education students around the world. The Nord Anglia Creative Writing Competition Anthology has been published featuring all of the longlisted entries, including students from BIS Abu Dhabi. In addition, the Nord Anglia Comic Book Anthology has also been published, showcasing some of the best in storytelling and illustrations from students.
