Sports Days schedule and call for Community Group Snack Shop volunteers

All timings for our upcoming Sports Days are now confirmed. Please take note of the dates and come along and cheer on our students on the field!

The parent volunteering group organising the snack shop at our Sports Days are looking for reinforcements. If you are happy to help, please sign up with your availability here.

Would you like to volunteer and help run the Community Group Snack Shop during our upcoming Sports Days (6-10 February) and BSME games (3-5 March)? Offer a hand and join the team! Please tick the days and timings you can come in and arrive 15 minutes prior to the timeslot(s) to prepare and receive a short briefing.

Here are some further details of what's involved:

The Snack Shop is a parent-led stall that sells snacks, water, juices, coffee and goodies to parents, staff and students during Community events and school sporting activities such as the BSME & ADISSA games, our in-house Duathlon and Triathlon; as well as the school production etc.

Enjoy running these fun active events; meet and mingle with the BIS Abu Dhabi community as you sell items on the day.
