FS2 and Year 1 Phonics Workshop
On Friday, the Year 1 and FS2 team invited parents into school for a Phonics Workshop. The aim of the session was to explain and demonstrate how we teach children to read and write using the Read Write Inc. phonics scheme.

Parents were introduced to the resources we use and teaching methods we employ. They were also able to take home many helpful tips and resources that can be used at home to support their children's learning. The team wish to thank parents for taking the time to attend and we hope it was helpful and informative.
