As we were waiting for the children to arrive on Thursday morning, the day of this special occasion, we had time to peacefully walk around our Early Years spaces and really reflect on how far we have come.
The British International School of Houston (BISH) has been chosen as a FIRST® LEGO® League Affiliate Partner in Texas. BISH will provide program oversight for FIRST LEGO League partners across 30 counties in the South (Houston) Region, supporting official tournaments to over 200 teams and serving as host to the annual regional championship.

Our Summer Performing Arts with Juilliard faculty came together on Tuesday evening with an outstanding performance to inspire students and parents alike. Juilliard artist faculty around the world engaged the audience with exquisite performances filled with heart and soul. We would like to congratulate our IB Diploma students on their outstanding results this year. The British International School of Houston students have once again achieved strong results in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The British International School of Houston’s average score is 4 basis points higher than the IB global average, widening the gap between ourselves and other IB schools around the world.
Year 3 students and teachers spent eight weeks working with the Texas Medical Center Accelerator (TMCx) on inventions to cure or manage healthcare issues that need addressing to present to a panel of judges at TMCx on 15th June.
