Year 4 Hugo and Year 7 Henrietta compete at the USA Gymnastics Regional Championships! Congratulations Year 4 Hugo and Year 7 Henrietta! Our awesome students competed at their respective USA Gymnastics Regional Championships. Both held their nerve against very tough competition and came away with great results.

Congratulations Year 4 Hugo and Year 7 Henrietta! Our awesome students competed at their respective USA Gymnastics Regional Championships. This was the last meet of the season for both of them and qualification was from their respective state competitions. Both held their nerve against very tough competition and came away with great results:

 

Hugo - Level 5

Regional Championships (in Galveston - Included gymnasts from 6 States)
Regional Champion Pommel Horse

Silver Medalist : All Around, Rings , Parallel bars , High bar 

Vault 5th
Floor 6th 
He was chosen as 1 of 12 boys in all 6 states to go to the Regional Elite Team Camp in July, this is quite an honour and the boys spend 3 days being coached by some of the best coaches.

 

Henrietta - Level 8

Regional Championships (in Kansas City - gymnasts from 7 States)

Regional Champion All Around, Bars, Beam and Floor

She will be honoured at the Texas State Gymnastics banquet in June.

 

Hugo is trained by 4 Colombian Coaches. 2 of whom are current Elite gymnasts. He trains 16 hours a week!

Henrietta is trained by 3 Chinese Coaches. 1 of whom coached a chinese athlete in the Olympics. She trains a total of 26 hours a week!

 

We are feeling very proud of their achievements. There is no limit to what they will achieve! And we look forward to following their progress.
