Welcome to the BST Summer Camp Experience
The BST Summer Camp Experience will be held on our Kalandar Campus and is open to students from Early Years through to Key Stage 3 (3 years to 14 years), offering a dynamic and engaging programme tailored to each age group. With dedicated pathways for younger learners and older students, our summer experience balances creativity, academic enrichment and physical activity in a safe and inspiring environment. Students will also enjoy an exciting international lunch menu, adding a global flavour to each day of discovery.
Age groups
The programme is open to:
- Nursery (3–4 years)
- Reception (4-5 years)
- Key Stage 1 – Years 1 & 2 (5–7 years)
- Key Stage 2 - Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 (7-12)
- Key Stage 3 - Years 7, 8 and 9 (12-14)
All activities are tailored to match developmental stages. Older students follow a more structured programme including academic enrichment, leadership opportunities and project-based learning.
For children aged 3 - 7 years old
From oceans and ecosystems to colour, creativity, and the wonders of space, each week blends:
- STEAM challenges
- Sensory exploration
- Art and music
- Physical activity
- Outdoor learning
- Playful adventure
The programme is designed and delivered by BST’s experienced teaching staff and reflects our commitment as a Nord Anglia school: bold creativity, inspiring learning, and personalised support in a warm and welcoming environment. Our carefully curated international lunch menu brings global cuisine to the table, making lunchtime part of the adventure.
All children will receive a special welcome pack gifted by The British School of Tashkent to start their summer experience.
Weekly themes

Daily schedule
Monday to Friday | 9:00 – 15:00
A typical day includes:
- Morning meeting or circle time
- Themed STEAM or sensory session
- Snack and outdoor play
- Creative sessions (art, music, dance, PE)
- Swimming or karate (selected days, depending on group)
- Lunch
- Rest or free-flow play (Early Years)
- Afternoon exploration
- Reflection and home time
Lunch, materials, and activity resources are included.
For children aged 7- 14 years old
From creativity and innovation to STEM discovery, sport and global exploration, each week blends:
- Academic enrichment
- STEM challenges and coding
- Creative arts and design projects
- Team sports and physical activity
- Leadership and collaboration
- Project-based learning and practical skills
The programme is designed and delivered by BST’s experienced teaching staff and reflects our commitment as a Nord Anglia school: bold creativity, inspiring learning, and personalised support in a structured and engaging environment. An international lunch menu ensures every day includes a delicious taste of cultures from around the world.
To mark the start of the programme, every child will receive a thoughtfully prepared welcome pack gifted by The British School of Tashkent.

Monday to Friday | 9:00 – 15:00
A typical day includes:
- Morning warm-up, circle time or team ice-breakers
- Academic enrichment (English, Maths or Science)
- Snack break
- Creative sessions (Art, Drama, project work)
- Sports and outdoor games
- Lunch and free play
- STEM activities (Coding, science experiments)
- Quiet recharge or reading club
- Collaborative project workshops or group challenges
- Reflection and end-of-day wind-down
Lunch, materials, and activity resources are included.
Optional field trips (for Reception onwards)
Children may participate in optional off-site visits that extend the weekly themes:
- Tashkent Botanical Garden
- Tashkent Planetarium
- State Museum of Applied Arts
Parental consent is required for all off-site visits.
Programme fees
- 600 USD per week per child
- Charged in UZS: 7,383,348 per week
- Payment must be made weekly in advance (before Monday)
Discounts available:
- 10% discount for full payment of all four weeks
- 5% discount for full payment of two weeks
Refund policy
Fees are non-refundable in cases of absence (illness, travel, or other circumstances).

Payment & administration
- Proof of payment
- Parent/guardian ID for collection
- Custody documents (if applicable)
- Signed acknowledgement of the no-refund policy
Behaviour & safety
Children are expected to follow BST behaviour expectations to ensure a safe and positive environment. Significant incidents will be communicated via Seesaw. Persistent unsafe behaviour may result in early collection or removal from the programme. Qualified staff provide first aid, and in emergencies the school will act in the child’s best interest while contacting parents immediately.

To secure a place, families must:
- Complete the Summer School Registration & Consent Form
- Submit all required documents
- Make payment in advance
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
