New Facilities & Upgrades: A Safe and Modern learning environment awaits all BVIS Hanoi students

Our school began work on a series of projects over the summer and have completed these over the past few weeks. Students will be very excited when they see the improved facilities.

Foster Well-being and Resilience in Virtual School Experience

What has our school done to foster well-being and resilience for students in Virtual School Experience?

  • Adjusted timetables for children to enjoy that involves a range of movement activities and have the ‘screen breaks’ time
  • Organised activities to promote social relations
  • Improved students' understanding of social and emotional health and wellbeing in Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) lessons every week
  • Maintained good health through 2 Physical Education sessions every day
  • Organised exciting Virtual Extra-Curricular Activities
  • Developed a reward system to encourage students in learning
  • Cared and Supported Emotional Heath for each student

House Monologue Challenge results

This year, Secondary students participated in the first-ever House Monologue Challenge at BVIS. This was a fantastic opportunity for students with varying levels of performance experience to improve their presentations skills, develop their confidence and have fun!  Congratulations to all the winners and participants. Pandemic a “great disruptor” for education: EDUtech Asia 2021

Ask the Artist - Norbert De La Cruz III

Almost 1000 students asked professional dancer and Juilliard Faculty member Norbert De La Cruz III a question in our first Ask the Artist of this academic year. After a LOT of deliberation, he chose questions from 19 students and his video answers are up on Global Campus now!

Congratulations to Geonho Kim (year 5) and Ngoc Minh Nguyen (Year 9) whose questions were chosen!

Juilliard Winter Festival

Juilliard’s virtual Winter Festival is back! The two-day programme will take place on Zoom from 29-30 January 2022 from 10am to 3pm EST (New York) for students aged 12-18 interested in Dance, Musical Theatre and Piano. You can find out more about the programme via this link:
