Angharad joins BVIS with 17 years of teaching and leadership experience in both the UK and India. Angharad is a strong believer that all students can enjoy and progress in Mathematics with a growth mindset approach. Her lessons are creative and include different ways to develop skills such as communication, thinking, research and teamwork.
Angharad is also a qualified yoga and meditation teacher. A focus on mindfulness and wellbeing creates a safe space in her classroom to learn by asking questions and trying new ideas in a supportive environment.
Outside of the classroom, Angharad is a long distance runner and hopes to complete the Hanoi half marathon this year. She also has a creative side, and you might find her crocheting or painting on her weekends. Angharad loves travelling and looks forward to exploring Vietnam and beyond in her holidays.
