Chris is a passionate and experienced Mathematics educator who has been teaching internationally for over seven years. He has held various leadership roles, including Head of Mathematics and Key Stage 5 Coordinator, and brings a strong focus on both academic achievement and student wellbeing. His experience spans teaching across Key Stages 3 to 5.
He believes in building a supportive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident to challenge themselves and take ownership of their progress. Chris is especially passionate about helping students develop critical thinking and real-world problem-solving skills through mathematical inquiry.
Originally from the UK, Chris has spent the past several years living and working in Thailand, and he is excited to begin a new chapter in Hanoi. He is looking forward to contributing to the BVIS community both inside and outside the classroom.
Outside of teaching, Chris enjoys football, exploring new cultures, and finding the best local coffee spots wherever he travels.
