During his past 8 Ω years of professional experience in the field of English teaching, John held senior coordinator positions in Universities, was actively involved in teacher-training, recruitment and curriculum design/development, and was a Cambridge examiner for the PET and KET examinations. Through his experience of observing and managing teachers, he learned the value of professional development in inspiring and motivating teachers to see their full potential.
