Melanie began her teaching career in Manila as a primary school teacher. She joined BVIS Hanoi in 2014 as an Early Years Teacher and has taught across all age groups. Over the years, she has attended different trainings such as Communication Friendly Spaces, Talk for Writing, and Making Thinking Visible. She is passionate about providing children with rich enquiry and play-based learning experiences in which the children will have personalised learning and at the same time ensure that it links to the curriculum effectively.
During her free time, Melanie enjoys watching Netflix, drawing, eating out with friends and travelling with her two young daughters and husband.
