Rhianne studied International Politics at Durham University. During her studies, she volunteered as a tutor for local A-Level students, teaching English and History. This ignited her interest in the educational sphere, and she went on to complete a PGCE and Masters in Educational Leadership in Yorkshire, England. As well as a love for pedagogy and inspiring young people, she also gained experience in leadership within Principal Teacher and Deputy Curriculum Leader positions, and most recently is able to drive outstanding outcomes within her role as Curriculum Leader in the UK. Rhianne is passionate about securing excellent progress for all pupils within English by providing a broad, balanced, and academic curriculum that allows for pupils’ voices to be truly valued. Through English, Rhianne believes that students can develop not only as academic scholars but also as people, by enhancing their empathy, understanding and imagination.
Outside of school, Rhianne is an ardent food fanatic and traveler, and is excited to embrace all aspects of Vietnamese culture. She is currently working towards learning Vietnamese.
