President of the Slovak Republic Mr. Andrej Kiska invited female representatives for lunch on the occasion of the International Women's Day (8th March). We are extremely proud to inform you that our colleague Sona Oravcova was present at this celebration. Women were randomly selected by the President, each of them unique in their job field, community, minority group, generation or region of Slovakia.
Kiska underlined the importance of a woman role in our lives. He stressed out he is well aware that women face more challenges in their lives than men. "They need to fulfil a number of important and indispensable roles: they're mothers, often family providers and also tend to be ambitions to become successful at work. Our society should support them on each of these paths and in every aforementioned sphere." he pointed out.
All women aprecciated the invitation and President´s human approach towards them. "Mr. President has expressed interest in understanding women, their perspective on life and society," said Sona Oravcova.
