Despite the unpleasant weather forecast and even more unpleasant reality of non-stop rain throughout the two days, the students showed excellent navigational skills, positive team spirit and pleasing cooking ability. Their positive attitude made this rainy and wet experience fun. It was a steep but excellent learning curve in looking after their equipment and pitching tents in the rain. There were some valuable lessons learnt, and plenty of great memories made.
Despite the early departure on the second day, the students have proven that they are ready to participate in the Qualifying journey in June. Watch out Piestany, the BISB crew is coming soon!
