Noam Aviner-Vapni and Thomas Keys gave a short speech, explaining the history of the project, as this has now become an annual event. The students have raised money for the frames themselves through bake sales and ice-cream sales. Doctor Kresenek was asked to nominate one picture for a special award.
Yea Kyum Kim’s picture, ‘Smile’ was chosen and she will receive the Nick Marriott Trophy at the end of this term.
It was a lovely event and the students were proud to display their work. They enjoyed some light refreshments and time to talk about their work to Doctor Kresenek and parents.
