Raclette in German 30 January 2018 In our IB German HL lessons the students have been learning within the option topic about the culture, traditions and cuisine in German spaking countries. That German is not only about the conjugation, conmponouned words and adjective declination have the students learnt last week in our German lesson. Together we’ve prepared a Raclette lesson with an original Raclett machine, Raclette cheese and lots of yummy ingrediences like Schinkenspeck, champignons, zucchini and potatoes. This dish comming from idigenous parts of Switzerland is a uniques opportunity where people can come together, speak and have an informal conversation. And so we did.The students were involved, contributed actively to the flow of the lesson.
