be ambitious

We are united by our philosophy, to be ambitious for our students, our people and our family of schools.

We believe that:

  • there is no limit to what every student can achieve
  • creativity and challenge help us get better everyday
  • learning should be personalised to each child
  • unique global opportunities enhance every student’s learning experience
global community

We believe that being part of our family gives our schools a special. We enrich your child’s learning experience with opportunities beyond the ordinary. From online debates and challenges, to expeditions to the savannah of Tanzania or performing in our Global Orchestra in New York, our Global Campus connects our students around the world to learn together every day.

Our History

Nord Anglia Education was founded in 1972 in the United Kingdom. The name Nord Anglia was chosen because of the company’s beginnings in the north of England. We initially offered learning services such as English as a foreign language classes and grew during the 1980s by opening full-scale nurseries and kindergartens. In 1992, we opened our first international school, the British School of Warsaw. In the 2000s, Nord Anglia Education began a strategic focus on premium international schools, with rapid grow in Asia, the Americas, China and across Europe and the Middle East. A truly international organisation, NAE now operates premium international schools worldwide. In July 2019, the company relocated its headquarters from Hong Kong to London, enabling even stronger growth in the future.

personalised learning

Small class sizes mean our teachers know every child individually and can respond to your child’s strengths, adapting our learning model to help them overcome challenges. We nurture essential skills to equip your child to succeed in every aspect of their education.

learn from the best

Every parent wants the best for their child — so do we. We know the difference that great teaching makes to your child’s success at school. Our global scale enables us to recruit and retain world-leading teachers and to offer unforgettable experiences through global and regional events, while our engaging learning environments ensure all of our students love coming to school.

We have developed a unique approach to teacher recruitment, training and support that ensures your child learns from the best.

We also create unique opportunities to benefit our students and people, such as the Global Campus, Nord Anglia University, and our collaborations with The Juilliard School, MIT, UNICEF and King’s College London.

success

Our academic results are testament to this approach, with one in three of our students going to the world’s top 100 universities.

And for us, academic success is just the beginning. Our school will nurture your child's talents so that they can succeed in every aspect of their education, from sports to arts, languages or technology. We encourage every student to love learning, to try something new, and, above all, to be ambitious.
