James started his career in the UK at Newbury Hall International School, and the Oxford Intensive School of English. A move to Berlin followed, before being scouted to coordinate the English department at a French-run school in Phnom Penh. After 4 happy years in Cambodia, James is delighted to be starting an exciting new chapter at NISC.
James is driven by the transformation education brings to the lives of individuals and communities. He aims to equip students with the skills needed to tackle the problems of tomorrow with resilience, confidence and strong principles.
James lives with his partner of 10 years, Amy, and two rescued cats. He is passionate about being active, whether through football, tennis or bicycle racing. He lives for adventure, the outdoors and discovery.
