Jorg Strehler

Individuals & Societies Teacher

Jorg Strehler studied at the University of Zurich and University of Sheffield and earned a master’s degree and a postgraduate teaching diploma. He joined NISC after Switzerland and China, where he taught various courses and also was Head of Department.

Jorg Strehler is from Switzerland and earned his Master’s in Human Geography from the University of Zurich and the University of Sheffield. After discovering his passion for teaching he additionally got a postgraduate teaching diploma, also from the University of Zurich.

Jorg has worked in Switzerland and abroad and is enthusiastic about working with teenagers and helping them to find meaningful connections with the many worlds we have on our earth.

Living in different parts of China over the last seven years has been in many ways both astonishing and enriching for Jorg. He is excited to now be living in Phnom Penh and likes to spend his free time exploring and experiencing all the wonders that Cambodia and this region have to offer. Furthermore, Jorg enjoys reading, hiking, football and many kinds of sports.
