Mustak Nakhwa

Northbridge International School Cambodia - Mustak

Mathematics Teacher, Grade Level Leader (6, 7 & 8)

Mustak Nakhwa has a Masters degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science degree. He joined Northbridge International School Cambodia, from Knightsbridge Schools International Montenegro, where he taught MYP Mathematics, Individuals & Societies and Science, and DP Theory of Knowledge.

Mustak grew up in the United Kingdom and Zimbabwe but calls Cape Town, South Africa home. He has worked in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Montenegro so considers himself a global citizen!

Having coached and played tennis and squash, he also enjoys swimming, reading and painting and has also written and published an illustrated children’s mathematics story book. Mustak enjoys watching movies and films, learning about new places and cultures, having been fortunate to have travelled widely and is a keen DIYer.

He has a passion for teaching and learning and loves sharing experiences and discovering knowledge together with his students. He considers himself a guide and mentor first and believes very strongly that every learner is capable and important in contributing to the learning environment in a meaningful way. Mustak is married with a son and his wife Akila has many years of experience in the educational field. As a family they look forward to the experiences living in Cambodia will present to them.
