Children exploring different ways of displaying emotions

In English, the children of Year 6A were exploring the different ways in which we display emotion. The children took on the two main roles of our class story so far, in which a young girl has left home in seek of the mystical mountain that will give her the final ingredients and allow her to become a true firework maker, whilst her father goes in search of her. The children really enjoyed demonstrating how body language and facial expressions really add to the emotion the viewer sees, and this helped them to add stage directions to a script they prepared.
