In the PE department at the British School of Tashkent we feel that it is vital to students' health that they stay active during this time of isolation. The PE team has been developing video workouts and setting daily challenges for the students to complete in order for them to maintain a good balance of physical and mental health. Exercise is an important aspect of life and guidelines suggest that children should take part in 60 minutes of physical activity every day. There are many activities you can do in your own home such as HITT Training, Circuit Training, Boxercise, Dance & Yoga to name a few. So please stay active, stay healthy and stay home.
