During International Week, students and staff transformed 20+ different countries with the decorations, photographs, posters, books/magazines, national textiles, relics, ceramics, musical instruments and flags of different countries our Teachers had taught in. They then participated in games and activities in each “country classroom” to experience the traditions, beliefs and interests of different nations and widen their perspectives.
On International Day, all visitors, parents, students and staff came together to enjoy and learn about the different cultures of the world in their national dress.
Over 400 visitors, parents and students attended the International Day at the Kalandar Campus. Despite the slightly colder weather, everyone enjoyed sharing their customs, traditions and games with each other and the next generation of global citizens.
