The BST community is made up of different experiences, views and lifestyles but come together through our shared values - so we are different but united. To celebrate this theme and to ensure that we can all embrace the opportunities and challenges of being global citizens, we welcome you to our
International Day at 11am on Saturday 27th February.
During the festivities all our classrooms will be decorated according to a specific country’s national decorations, souvenirs, posters, and flags. Each classroom will also have traditional games, videos, songs, dances, folk tales and martial arts displayed.
For certain countries we will also have parents and children demonstrating something unique to their nation - whether that’s Tai Chi in the China room, Kathak in the India room, Arabic Calligraphy in the Saudi Arabia room or Mime in the French room.
So please join in the fun and have a memorable time enjoying the performances, food, clothing, sounds and smells of different nations with your family.
