Fatkhulla has been with the British School of Tashkent since it was founded in 2010 and since has had many roles within the school. These roles have included EAL teaching in Maths and Literacy for two years and PE teacher. As the school progressed and grew, his duties were concentrated to being a PE teacher and he became a SLT member, in charge of specialist teachers. This position was offered to him due to his previous successes as an EAL and PE teacher. In 2014, he became a Head of Methodology and at the present time he works in this position.
