Bachelor of Economical Sciences (2001- Brazil) IATCA QMS Auditor / Senior Auditor-ISO 9000 (2003 - Brazil) Lato Sensu Post Graduate Program Specialist Course in Business Strategies and Entrepreneurship Venture (2005 – Brazil) Bachelor of Laws (2010 – Brazil) (03 of 05 years). 

Luciana Piddock has more than 20 years of experience working in Administrative / Financial and Human Resources routines. She facilitated for 12 years her own business consultancy in ISO 9000 certification, and she is proud to say that all companies that she implemented QMS ISO 9000 standards were certified without any major non-conformity, in her hometown in Brazil, she was known as the Lady of Total Quality Control. She has worked for almost 06 years teaching in the class and mentoring of distance learning for undergraduate students of Business Administration – University Level. She is good of “reading” people as she worked for five years for a Brazilian government law enforcement, developing psychologies skills to deal with criminal minds, analysing behaviours of criminal and their families with the intention of maintaining order and public safety. She left Brazil in 2011 when she married with a New Zealander, and moved to Qatar, where she worked for 02 years as Quality Consultant ISO 9000 and starts working as Private Tutor of Business and Economics for Years 10-12 IGCSE and IB Level, assisting students clarifying doubts and explaining to them how it’s important to stay focused on the question, so they could repeat the question stem, to make sure they answer precisely giving the examiner what they are looking for. She lived in Saudi Arabia working as Secondary Cover Teacher, Business tutor and got a cycling indoor Instructor qualified, then moved to United Arab Emirates, Cayman Island, Tajikistan where she kept working as spinning instructor, business teacher and private tutor. She wrote a book in Portuguese about how she left her career at the height of greatest success and everything behind for her love, focusing on encouraging people to follow their dreams, not just thinking about money. Her book’s life is How to Win Friends and Influence People, Dale Carnegie. Luciana and her family loves exploring the world, so they travel a lot and have been to over 50 countries. In her spare time, she likes to go to gym, especially cycling indoor, but her biggest goal currently is to teach her 05 years old son Ben to speak Portuguese fluently without an accent.   “Actions speak louder than words, and a smile says, ‘I like you.
