FOBISIA U15 Trip to Phuket

Our BIS Hanoi team are full of energy and excited to compete in the FOBISIA U15! 

Day 1: 

After an early start and a long day of travelling we have safely arrived at our hotel in Phuket. The students are all in good spirits and excited for the next few days of competition.

Day 2: 

The students started the day with a good breakfast, which was followed by the Fobisia opening ceremony. Both boys and girls competed in swimming this morning, showing grit and determination in some very competitive races.

After a long rest, we headed out to the track for Athletics. We had a successful start in high jump with all four students achieving podium positions. The great performances continued into the afternoon with medals being won on the track and in the field. The students have displayed a fantastic attitude all day and are looking forward to a restful evening before tomorrow’s events.

Day 3: 

Both girls and boys fought hard today to achieve fantastic results in basketball and football. Final results were Boys 2nd place in the Basketball and Girls 3rd Place in the Football. The students are tired, but enjoying relaxing afternoon drinking smoothies by the side of the pool.

Day 4: 

Today the girls took to the basketball court and the boys played football. All students gave one hundred percent effort in everything they did today, with the girls finishing 5th and boys 4th. The students have had a fantastic trip so far and will enjoy the gala dinner and disco that is planned for them tonight. Tomorrow morning we begin our return to Hanoi, the students can leave with their heads held high having been great ambassadors for our school.
