Principal's Weekly Update (6 May 2022) Despite it being a shorter working week, it has nevertheless been very busy for all our students with our Year 11 and Year 13 students.

Dear Parents,

I hope you all enjoyed the long weekend and had some time out with your families?

Despite it being a shorter working week, it has been very busy for all our students, especially with our Year 11 and Year 13 students now being in full swing with their IGCSE and IBDP exams and our Extra Curricular Activities program in motion for students.

Next week we host our joint CIS (Council of International Schools) and WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) – Virtual Preparatory Evaluation Visit to BIS Hanoi. This is the first stage of the new five years cycle of accreditation. BIS was first accredited in 2017 and it is now time for us to start the cycle again. We will keep you updated over the next 18 months as we undertake our Self Study during the 2022/2023 academic year and then host a full CIS/WASC Team Visit in November 2023. We have much to celebrate in terms of our achievements over the past five years and we look forward to continuing to develop our educational provision even further over the coming years.

Wishing you a good weekend.
