Simon Mann

Simon Mann has 16 years of leadership experience with a track record of transforming schools, ensuring inclusive education and supporting sustainable change. His focus has always been to enhance learning in the broadest sense of the word and enabling schools and students to flourish. From the American international School, Hong Kong through to the FOBISIA Schools of Garden International School (KL) to the British School Manila and most recently Dover Court International School, Singapore.

Simon has had the privilege of working in the environment of international schools where he has committed his time to building strong communities with students at their heart. During this period Simon has led CIS and WASC accreditation teams, Chaired FOBISIA and has worked hard to build connection within international school communities. Between August 2019 and July 2020 Simon spent 12 months as an educational consultant working with schools, school leaders and boards on school improvement, leadership development and training, and following his passion of developing well-being in schools.
