Skills AI can't match

Skills AI can't match

AI is here to stay, and already we’re seeing how it’s transforming spaces like school, the workplace, and even our daily lives. With AI in the technology we use, and with answers and ready solutions at our fingertips, the future isn’t just about what children know, but how they think.

Global Research Project

Nord Anglia partnered up with Boston College for a two-year research project involving over 12,000 NAE students around the world to understand how children develop skills they need for the future.

In a world of AI, there are skills that are more important than ever before, mainly because AI can’t replicate them: thinking independently, questioning deeply, and adapting with confidence.

From the study, we were able to learn that through structured thinking routines in daily learning, students had 21% more critical thinking, 20% more curiosity, and 15% more collaboration, commitment, and compassion.

How Does This Help My Child?

When children learn how to think, they can solve problems independently, adapt to changes, persevere, and make informed decisions without relying on shortcuts.

Parents want to know that their children will be able to think for themselves, so that when they are presented with information they can understand it, challenge it, and use it wisely.
