After graduating with her Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Cape Town, Kascha worked in design for a few years before deciding to take a gap year to travel and work in Asia. During this time she discovered her love for education whilst teaching for five years in Taiwan.
In 2005, she moved to Cambodia with her husband, and in 2008, she started teaching at Northbridge International School Cambodia. She went on to obtain her Elementary Teaching Certification and Masters in Elementary Education through The College of New Jersey.
She has taught several grades ranging from Early Years through to Grade 3. In 2015, she became the Deputy Head of Primary and IB Primary Years Programme Coordinator before becoming the Head of Primary in 2017.
Kascha is married and has two daughters who both attend Northbridge. In her spare time she enjoys reading, ongoing professional development, and spending time with her family and friends.
