Kate Watson-Penhall

Literacy Coach

Kate Watson-Penhall was Learning Leader in Grade 1, and now is Literacy Coach. Prior to joining Northbridge, she previously taught in Beijing, China and the UK.

  • Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (Primary), University of Leeds

  • MA International Education, University of Leicester

Kate received her Bachelor’s Degree in English Studies from the University of Nottingham, UK, and her Post-Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Leeds, UK. She has also completed her Masters in International Education at the University of Leicester.

Kate taught in Leeds for two years, then began her international teaching career by moving to iCAN British International School in Phnom Penh, before moving on to lead teams at Yew Chung International School of Beijing for three years, and then joining Nothbridge.
