Top Marks for Nord Anglia Education Students
September 2012 - Three Nord Anglia Education students achieved top marks of 45 points in their IB Diploma this year
Three Nord Anglia Education students achieved top marks of 45 points in their IB Diploma this year – an achievement that only 0.2% of all IB students worldwide accomplish. Congratulations to Karolina Kalinowska from The British School, Warsaw and Suzanne Marton and Vanessa Marton from the British International School Shanghai, Puxi Campus.
This year 119,000 students completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma with only 109 students being awarded the full marks of 45 points.
“Nord Anglia Education is very proud of the achievements all our students who on average were awarded 33.3 points – nearly four points above the IB global average but to have three students receive 45 points is incredibly impressive.” Says Megan Munsell, Nord Anglia Education spokesperson. “Nord Anglia Education Schools are non-selective, which demonstrates what is possible when you bring committed and engaged students together with the right curriculum, a positive learning environment and quality teachers”
