Exceptional learning environments across our family of schools Learn more about Nord Anglia Education’s commitment to providing engaging learning environments across all of our schools.
Pictured above, the state-of-the-art Agora at British International School in Houston is a university-standard research commons with thousands of books and access to online resources. Students regularly meet here to collaborate on projects with peers in the school and online across the group. It is just one example of the exceptional facilities our schools offer.
At Nord Anglia Education, we believe children should love coming to school. That’s why we try to ensure that our campuses across our global family are ideal places to learn, with stimulating learning environments and leading-edge technology. As a result, 94% of Nord Anglia parents say their child is happy at our schools and 93% say their child is taught in a stimulating learning environment.
Each year, Nord Anglia Education invests a large portion of its global revenue into the development of school campuses. We invest in our campuses and their diverse learning environments to allow our students to benefit from a vast array of experiences that directly translate into academic progress and personal development. We strive to ensure our students have access to everything they need to be creative and successful, including great spaces and equipment for sports, drama, music, STEAM and more.
Take a look below at some of our exceptional facilities across the Nord Anglia Education family of schools:
To enable world-class team sports, North Broward Preparatory School features a fully-featured baseball field. In early June, Major League Baseball team the San Diego Padres drafted North Broward student Xavier Edwards.
St. Andrews International School Bangkok in Thailand features a lush outdoor sports pitch in the heart of the city where students can exercise and play football.
Apart from its gorgeous campus and great view of the Swiss Alps, Collège Alpin International Beau Soleil in Switzerland features a climbing wall to encourage students to reach for their goals.
Our learning environments are created in partnership with leading global architectural firms using contemporary design. They are designed to promote a sense of community and collaboration between students, parents and teachers, and maximise learning across the campus — indoors and outdoors — with a diverse blend of academic, personal and social spaces for all types of learning.
Amenities across the group include everything from Maker Spaces designed to enhance our MIT projects to keyboard labs and musical instruments that help deliver our music curriculum, which is supplemented by our collaboration with The Juilliard School. Of course, our schools also offer sports facilities, from swimming pools to green sports pitches, which encourage whole-person wellness and cooperation through team sports.
While every Nord Anglia Education school has its own unique characteristics, they all share the same commitment to quality and the same goal of giving students exceptional experiences that benefit their mental, social and personal development. Our schools’ learning environments, whether located in the heart of an urban city or nestled in a rural setting, are a crucial aspect of bringing Nord Anglia Education’s education offer to life so that our students have every opportunity for success.
