Summer is often a time for rest and relaxation which means it is time to shake off the cobwebs and get ready for another great year of PHE.
To kick the year off all of our students from Grades 6 to 10 are focusing or fitness and training. Some are gearing up for a year of success as varsity athletes, training for their sport of choice, while others are focusing on improving their overall fitness level.
Grade 11 and 12 students will be exploring a range of sport choices throughout the coming weeks and then make a decision about what tracks they wish to pursue this year. While it is always great to see our students back after summer, this year is made even more exciting with the opening of our new Sports Hall.
We are excited to begin training for our competitive teams as well as having more spaces and opportunities available for PHE throughout the year. It is sure to be an excellent year for athletics at Northbridge and we hope the entire community will come and see what our Nagas are capable of.
