Staff Profile: Anam Kaleem, Teaching Assistant Our profile this week is Anam Kaleem, a Teaching Assistant in Year 5. Each week we will feature a member of staff across all areas of the school including teachers, admin staff, support staff and more, to get to know members of our school family a little better. Our profile this week is Anam Kaleem, a Teaching Assistant in Year 5.

I was born in the land that is called paradise on earth, "Kashmir," Pakistan. After completing my school and college degree, I did my BSc Honors in Psychology from International Islamic University Islamabad. I have taught in various schools as a social studies teacher and Year 3 class teacher in Pakistan.  

I got married to Faisal in December 2014 and moved to Abu Dhabi  in 2015, where I'd started my exciting and wonderful journey with BIS Abu Dhabi as a Support Assistant for one year. After that, I worked as a Teaching Assistant in FS and Year 3 and now working with the wonderful Year 5. 

My two little daughters Manha (3) and Sara (1) keep me busy at home. So, after school I spend my time with the girls. We love to go to beaches together. I also love to try new recipes. 

It is my 5th year in BIS Abu Dhabi and it has been great. I have so many wonderful memories and I love to see the happy faces of BIS Abu Dhabi families.
