The students who are participating in the Tanzania Expedition in March are required to raise funds for the projects that they will complete whilst there. As part of their fundraising efforts, they all attended the Open Day on Saturday and ran several stations over the course of the day.
On the school’s car park, some of the boys were washing cars while some of the girls were cooking a barbecue and serving refreshments to our visitors. Some other students were playing music as part of the band and two others were giving a presentation about why they were raising money.
The event was a major success and all the students enjoyed their involvement in such a great task. QAR 4682 were raised toward their required goal! As a team, they are extending their thanks to all who contributed their invaluable help in support of the Nord Anglia’s ambitious human project in Tanzania.
