Year 1 & 2 Sports Day

What a fantastic morning with the Year 1 and 2 children for their 2017 Sports Day.  Their enthusiasm for each activity and the way they worked so hard for their House was amazing.  Thank you to all the parents that came to support and get involved.

Please remember we have Year 5 & 6 Sports Day on Monday 6th March and Year 3 & 4 Sports Day on the Tuesday 7th March, from 8am till 11.45am.  Parents please come along and support the children.

U9 Girls and Boys Football

Primary Sport is looking as strong as ever with fantastic results in the U9 Girls and Boys TISAC Leagues.

The girls scored 20 goals in their 6 games and only conceded 4.  They are also starting to pass the ball and look a far stronger team.

The U9 Boys Team go from strength to strength playing the brand of football we love at STA.  Parents and coaching staff from the other schools were very complimentary towards our boys.  Mr Graeme has done a wonderful job with and they now go to the U9 Patana Tournament on the 11th March full of confidence and as TISAC League Champions!

Thank you for the brilliant support from our STA parents.

U13 Girls Football

The U13 Girls are now both the TISAC Tournament Champions and the TISAC League Champions. In their final 3 league games they scored 17 goals and conceded 0.  With the U13 FOBISIA Games only 2 weeks away, the girls are playing brilliantly.

The Marlin Mayhem 2017

This weekend our school hosted the Marlin Mayhem 2017, we have 11 schools with 500 swimmers participating. Our Marlin did a fantastic job finished 2nd place in the overall team event. Congratulations to our individual high point medalists: Gina, Gorn, Paxx, Opal, Naraya, Beck, Erika, Hannah and Tayla!

All swim coaches feel very proud of our swimmers. We know that this swim meet did not only teaching them to be better swimmers but also  better person in sportsmanship, teamwork, and patience.

Thank you all parents for supporting the swim team and we do appreciate who help organizing this event PTG, Estate Department, PE teachers and swim coaches. The Marlin Mayhem would not be this successful without all of you.
