It is with great excitement that the High School Drama Department are hosting the very first TISAC Drama Competition here at St Andrews International School Bangkok. With the planning all now finalized, the event will take place on Thursday 7 June 2018 between 7.30am and 2.30pm.
The aim of this event is to bring together the TISAC schools and create an experience that will empower our young drama students, encourage creativity and develop a more defined link between the drama and theatre TISAC students.

The schools have been given a stimulus (starting point) prior to the event to which their groups must create an 8 minute polished performance ready for the Thursday 7 June. Each school will rehearse for a short time before working with a group of students from another school to link both pieces together. Each school has been permitted to bring no more than 10 students at KS3 level (Year 7, 8 & 9) and a group of no more than 10 students in Year 10.
By the end of the day each school will have a polished 10-minute performance to perform in the showcase event where the different TISAC schools will be judged by professional actors/directors and awarded for achieving the best in the criteria below.

The ensemble group should have a connection/ rapport both on stage and off
