I gained my BSc and MSc in Physics at the University of Bari and my MSc in Applied Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing at the University of Greenwich. Before deciding to bring my knowledge and skills to teaching, I first carried out research in the field of Remote Sensing and Earth Science then worked in the Oil and Gas industry, between Italy and the United Kingdom. I completed my PGCE at the University of Greenwich and taught Physics and Scince at the Emirates International School in Dubai and at Dulwich College in Beijing, prior to making the move to Bangkok.
In my free time I enjoy photography, playing sports, meeting people, learning about different cultures, discovering places and trying new things. Currently I am taking pleasure in exploring Asia and learning Thai.
I love St Andrews' amazing sense of community and its inclusive approach to teaching. In this unique learning environment the wellbeing and the personal development of students come before anything else. No wonder why here students of all abilities thrive.
