Before coming to the British International School, I was the Director of Admissions and then the Director of Career Placement for a vocational college in Cary, NC. I enjoy working with students and educators because there is an environment of positive energy, self-discovery and motivation within schools.
The international aspect is especially appealing. I love meeting people from all over the world. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to study at the Sorbonne in Paris for a semester in college.
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor’s in Communications. My interests now are science and theology, especially quantum physics and how it is changing our perception of reality. I’m not a scientist, but I do my best to keep up.
Students at BISC feel important. Each student receives the attention and direction they need to thrive. The teachers we recruit are truly gifted in what they do and have received the very best training in their field. This is a school where children feel cared for, motivated and inspired.
