The BSN Christmas Fair has long been an eagerly anticipated event in the calendar and this year’s event, much like Santa himself, delivered the goods once again!
More than 1000 students, parents and friends came to eat, drink and be merry, and with the amazing events and stalls on display, everybody had an evening to remember in BSN’s winter wonderland.
Children of all ages were entertained with fun activities including arts and crafts, “Pin the nose on Rudolph” and even an Angry Birds catapult! Families flocked to Santa’s Grotto to have a photo with the great man himself, while mums and dads could tick a few more items off their Christmas shopping list with stalls from Hopeful Hearts, My Little Light, Kibele, Art Link, Tales on the Moon Land and so many more.
Festive food and drinks were provided by some of the popular restaurant and bakery choices in town, such as FoodGasm, Finnegans, Skyways, Lugas Baijiahu, De’Vine, Fish Tank and Park Vue.
Live entertainment ran throughout the evening, starting with magical performances from Ms Yang’s ballet students. The Primary band performed on stage for the very first time with a Jingle Bell Rock song, followed by performances from Secondary Bands and Lana from Lana Dance Academy.
The undoubted highlight of the evening was the School Choir celebrating the lighting of the BSN Christmas Tree with performances of “Feliz Navidad” and “We Wish you a Merry Christmas”. With the children’s voices echoing around our mountainside campus, it was a magical ending to a perfect winter’s evening.
With proceeds from the event going to the Hopeful Hearts charity, the BSN Christmas Fair represents the true spirit of Christmas.
Our deepest thanks to our fantastic Sponsors for being so generous with your contributions and making the 2021 BSN Christmas Fair one to remember!
