This year our students achieved the highest percentage of A's - A*'s in IGCSE exams in BSN’s history with an impressive 65%. In a year with its own set of unique challenges caused by the global pandemic, our students set ambitious goals and achieved excellent results. If the Covid crisis has taught us anything, it is that we become stronger by working together.
Mr. John Kamitsuka, Head of Science Department at BSN said:
" It has been a real privilege to see our IGCSE students build character together through their burgeoning knowledge and experience. Their achievements are an affirmation that they themselves can overcome daunting challenges if they work hard and support each other. This lesson will have a lasting impression on these young adults as they continue on to their A-levels and become productive members of the global community. "
Particularly pleasing were the 5 IGCSEs graded at the highest levels (A/A*) that three of our students each gained, adding to their previous English and Maths IGCSE results taken in Year 10. Danny, Frederica and Annika each hit this milestone and will start their A-level courses with confidence.
These fantastic results follow this year’s A-levels success, where our students scored an impressive average of 92% % A*-A, and this means our students now have access to the world's best universities.
