A Celebration of Seamus Heaney

The whole school celebrated Irish poet, Seamus Heaney's poetry and writing this morning. Heaney was a playwright, translator and lecturer, and a Nobel Prize winner for Literature. Pupils learnt about his poetry by listening to our Year 7s excellent recitals and translations.
