I have been working in speech therapy for over 20 years. During that time, I have worked in public and private schools, and for the last 10 years have managed my own private speech therapy practice. I am fully licensed, and a member of the national organization for my profession, ASHA. I attended Texas A&M University and obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts in Speech Communication and I received a Master’s of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. I enjoy the challenges of working with children of all ages and backgrounds.
I am married with two children. I have a son who attends Texas A&M, and a daughter who attends Taylor High School. My husband works in the IT industry. We have three dogs and a surly cat. But what cat wouldn’t be surly with three dogs in the house? I enjoy reading, going to the movies, and visiting with my friends.
This School is different to all others I have worked at because…
I love being a part of this learning environment, because of the many backgrounds of the students and teachers. I also like that everyone is willing to come together to work toward the success of the students.
