Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education, specialising in Modern Foreign Languages, from Roehampton University in London.

Faye earned a PGCE in Primary Education at the University of Leicester in the UK, specialising in Drama. After qualifying as a teacher she worked in a local school with a focus on Early Years teaching.

Originally from Belfast in Northern Ireland, Sarah completed her first degree, a BSc Hons in Human Nutrition, at the University of Ulster. She went on to complete a PGCE at Canterbury Christ Church University.
