...started their visits to CityFit gym this week. The first sessions were a fantastic success with students being inducted on the superb, modern equipment at CityFit gym. The students had the opportunity to chose from CityFit's wide ranging cardio equipment, TRX bands, free weights, plate loaded machines, and more. Next week will see the students start to create their own exercise programmes and become accustomed to many other pieces of equipment and classes that CityFit offers. Well done to all students involved.

Our students' statement:

"On Wednesday this week, we went with our PE class and teachers to the CityFit gym in Sadyba as part of the health path we have chosen. In the gym we were greeted by really cheerful
members of the staff who showed us around and taught us how to use the equipment. There is a large array of machines, weights, a warm up/cool down area and a space for floor exercises.
We didn’t get to try everything, of course, but some of our favourite machines/exercises so far are the leg press machine, rowing machine and treadmill, as well as squats/other exercises with dumbbells. The atmosphere in the gym is very motivational and I know we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to go again as it is such a great
opportunity given to us from our school" - Natalia Pruszynska and Julia Mendonca
