Year 11 and Year 13 students have been moving up a gear and most are working jolly hard, with their Mock Exams imminent– Year 11 start on Wednesday 4th December, and Year 13 start on Monday 9th December. These exams are a vital part of the preparation for the final external exams in May. Whether students do well or not so well, the results will give both them and their teachers lots of important information. Thank you to Y11 and Y13 parents for giving your child the right proportions of support and cajoling.
There have been lots of big events happening in Secondary School, including a Fitness-themed Day on Monday, a Christmas Book Fair in the Secondary Library, a Music Recital night on Thursday, on-going preparations for the Christmas Fair and today we are proudly hosting a Nord Anglia Volleyball European tournament. We welcome all the visiting teams from our partner schools and hope they all have an enjoyable time, but we will be cheering on the TBS Hurricanes most of all!
