The evidence of strong middle leadership

Our Year one and Nursery learning leaders are currently undertaking a Nord Anglia middle leadership course

  • Ideas

These learning leaders have been implementing and sharing lots of their learning across their year groups and with other members of staff.

This week, they really wanted to lead on the regular Tuesday afternoon training that we do with all teachers. The focus of this inset was our 'vision and values'. This was a really nice collaborative way to remind ourselves of what it is that we do and why.

It was fantastic to see the teachers so focused and in agreement that we want our children to be confident, independent, happy, resilient, globally aware and ready for the world that tomorrow has to bring.
