The comments from parents have been fantastic, as the students are very excited to see they have a comment about their learning.

It was fantastic to see a great turn out for our first Parents in Partnership workshop about Reading this week.  We ask that children read at home every single day as this has a great impact on their reading and writing progress.

Next week on Friday 20th September, we are very excited to have Chris Whitney come to lead a parent workshop focusing on teaching English.  Chris is an independent literacy and film education consultant from the UK who works with schools to write resources and deliver specialist training. She will lead a workshop for parents which aims to give more information on the teaching of English through the British Curriculum and give practical ways you can support your child at home.  We look forward to seeing many parents at the workshop.
